Incident Investigation Training

On completion of this qualification, the delegates will be equipped with the necessary skills to understand what are incidents, why do they occur, are and how to conduct investigation of incidents to prevent recurrence.

• Understand how to investigate incidents and confidently carry out an investigation
• How to implement action plan based on cause analysis
